Alex Hagmüller

CEO and co-founder of AquaHarmonics Inc.

Hagmüller holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and is a registered professional engineer with engineering experience in structural, mechanical, electrical and manufacturing fields. Alex was born and raised in Cordova, Alaska and has been dreaming about harnessing the power of the waves since he was a teenager spending the summers commercial seine fishing and working as a marine diesel mechanic through the winters. While at OSU, he was an active member of the Formula SAE team and during his senior year he was co-captain of the engine team in which the car placed first in Formula Student Austria (09’). After graduating Alex worked as a project engineer for Kiewit Bridge and Marine in Vancouver, British Columbia, and as a manufacturing engineer at Precision Castparts Corp in Portland, OR. Since AquaHarmonics formed as a company in 2017, Alex has been working full time on the project. Alex has attended and spoke at numerous wave energy and water power conferences and workshops.

Max Ginsburg

CTO and co-founder of AquaHarmonics Inc.

Ginsburg has worked full time with AquaHarmonics since 2017 and before that was an electrical engineer civilian employee at Pearl Harbor, and has also worked at computer software firms.
